This helps you not go vibration crazy.
-Don’t click on ads or go ad-free.
This helps you from not being click-baited and getting distracted.
-Don’t listen to unrelated music.
This helps you from not dancing and getting distracted from what you were doing.
-Don’t spend your free time by wasting it on your phone or anything that causes you to procrastinate.
This stops you from procrastinating so you can spend more time with your family or study for upcoming things.
